Day 30: The Last Day

Wow I can not believe it is the last day. But man was it hard waking up this morning, after sleeping in all week, it was so hard waking up this morning. I ended up just having another banana for breakfast, God I CAN NOT WAIT TO STOP HAVING TO EAT BANANA’S. Just thought I’d make that extra clear for everyone. But yup after today I will never have to eat banana’s again well unless I want to that is. 

Anyways I was so hungry all day at school, I now remeber how hungry school makes me. But since I totally forgot about my psych test 6 period I couldn’t even eat anything untill after school. Which thank god my high school practice got cancelled today or else I probably would have died at practice because I know we would have done so much running. So on my way home we stopped at Subway and I got a tuna sandwich, which tasted so good. Mostly because I was practically die-ing of starvation.

After lunch I went home and finished some more of my college apps. because as you may or may not know, today is the last day to apply to colleges as a senior, but I decided to do a couple last minute ones because the more colleges I apply to the high chance i’ll get in some where. I’m just so nervous I’m not going to get in any where. But I’m really hoping I do because i applied to like 9 different colleges.

Anyways after I finished some last minute college apps, my family and I all went out for dinner, we actually went to station sushi. Which is my absolute favorite place to go to. I could live off sushi. It’s amazing. I think I like sushi so much because I really don’t have to eat alot of it to be full.

Day 29: Sunday- Second to last day

Oh how I hate Sundays. Like I’ve said before, Sunday’s are more like homework days. Thanksgiving break went by way to fast and it’s already Sunday, and wow do I have a lot of homework to do. I totally forgot about all my labs I have to do for Bio, but it won’t be too bad since I don’t go to Bio till Thursday.

The good thing about today is that it’s my second to last day. Probably one of the hardest days ever because I am so close to finishing this calorie counter, the days have been going by so very slowly and I am always this close to cheating. It definately is not fun but oh well I am almost there. I think tomorrow will probably be the hardest day.

I had a banana to start off the day. which sucked because I was so hungry it was really bad. I couldn’t wait till lunch. So in the mean time I went for a jog for probably like 30 minutes then I met up with my boyfriend a little later at the fields because both my sisters were playing in Surf Cup still.

For lunch I had a slice of pizza because like I said before Surf Cup really doesn’t have a lot to choose from. So I really just hungout at the fields all day long with my boyfriend. Ashley made it to the semi’s which she really should have went onto the finals, the ref’s she had completely sucked. And then my other sister, Ally made it to the finals and won which wasn’t a surprise at all because her teams so good, they always win every tournament. 

After the games were over we went and mexican food, but I ended up getting a ceaser salad instead because that sound so much better. 

Uhg i really am not looking forward to school tomorrow yet I am looking forward to it being the last day of this calorie cutter diet.

Day 28: Last Day of Surf Cup

I woke up thinking, wow I can’t believe this is going to be my last day playing in Surf Cup, I can’t believe how old I’ve gotten. So after I got out of bed, I went down stairs to eat breakfast. Which I only had a banana again because I figured since I had that yesterday morning and played so well, I might as well have the same thing.

After breakfast I headed over to the fields, where I met up with my boyfriend and we watched a game together and then I had to go warm up. We ended up tie-ing our game, it sucked. I’ll just ended that at that because I really rather not talk about it. Anyways after my game I stayed for Jacob’s game because he was playing right after me. I decided to wait to eat lunch because i knew he’d be wanting to have lunch with me. 

After his game we stopped by subway on the way to his house. I was starving by that point so I couldn’t wait to get back to his house and eat. I really love going to his house because all we do is relax and watch movies, it’s always a lot of fun. Even though he always picks out the most randomest movies. There always like movies I’ve never even heard of. And there either just plain stupid or funny stupid. But I could honestly sit there and watch anything with him and I’d have the time of my life. I could do anything with him and we’d have fun together. 

He really wanted to go get ice cream, so we did. He got this huge thing of ice cream but I just ended up having a bite of his because I really wasn’t all that hungry. After ice cream we came back to his house and went in the spa. What a great way to end such a good day.

1) Why is it important to eat healthy?

To live a long and healthy life

2) Do you ever not eat breakfast? Why?

no, it’s the most important meal of the day

3) Have your eating habits changed since you were younger?

no, pretty simliar

4) Do you eat dinner before 5 or after 5 and why?

well after 5, well I don’t get home till 6:30 or 7

5) How many calories do you eat a day?

I have no idea to be honest, probably a lot

6) What is your favorite non-healthy meal

ice cream

7) what kind?

Chocolate chip, of course

8) What is your idea of a typical healthy dinner?

uhhhh, ummm, (whistle) grilled chicken and vegteables

9) Do you eat infront of the Tv or at the dinner table

Tv, of course

10) Do you think it’s healthier to eat 3 big meals or 5 small meals and why?

5 small meals, because it gives your body the ablity to digest and metoblize your food properly

I had my first day of Surf Cup today and I decided to interview my coach because he’s very into eating healthy. Plus he knows alot about this stuff mostly from his girlfriend because I think it’s part of her job, but i forget what she does exactly. I probably should have asked. But oh well.

Anyways  I woke up so nervous I didn’t even want anything for breakfast because I knew I was going to have the biggest game of my life at 8 am this morning. But my dad made me eat a banana just to have something in me for energy. We ended up tieing our game which we so should have one. I scored and the ref took my goal back saying I was offsides which I really wasn’t. It was honestly the worst call ever. But whatever the team we played was national ranked and my team played the game of our lives. We should have won.

I had a muffin and apple for lunch because well I had to stay at the feilds all day and Surf Cup doesn’t have a ton of foods to pick from, plus I wanted to eat light because I had another game

After my game I went over to my boyfriends house for dinner and we ordered pizza as always. It was really fun.

Day 26: Thanksgiving

Finally the one day I get to cheat, is finally here. I cannot believe I have waited 26 days for this. I am so excited no eating healthy and no exercising. What a good day this is going to be.

I started off by having a big breakfast including eggs, bacon and toast. It was amazing. Finally my family couldn’t rub it in my face because I could have the same amount of food they had. It was overall a good breakfast, I really missed eating breakfasts like that

Anyways we had a ton of people over for lunch including my boyfriend. My dad just made a  ton of snack like foods for lunch so we all just munched on those for most of the day. Oh my god I was in love my dad makes the best food. I love thanksgiving because I swear I have like 10 different meals through out the day. 

About 1ish my boyfriend and I went over to his Aunt’s house because she invited us for thanksgiving. I was so nervous to meet her and his grandma. Oh also his uncle. Right when we got there everyone was super friendly, his grandma was so cute. Jacob’s uncle is I guess really rich, he probably had the nicest care I have ever seen in my whole entire life. It was so black convertable BMW. He let Jacob drive me around the block for a little. It was such a nice car. So we had fun.

After we stayed at his aunts house for a little bit, we went back to my house for thanksgiving dinner. All I mainly had was the mashed potatoes. I honestly think i could live off mashed potatoes. There absolutely amazing. I don’t really like that much of thanksgiving dinner mostly just a little turkey, a ton of mashed potatoes, rolls, and the gravy all over everything.

I’m really not looking forward to going back to my calorie counter diet tomorrow.

Day 25: Super Dad

3) What is your favorite form of exercise?

4) Do you like long distance or short?

5) Have you ever done some sort of race? If yes what kind?

Yes, the muddy buddy run and the ironman

6) How long did you have to train for the ironman?

A year

7)Why do you exercise?

To stay healthy

8) What time of the day do you like to exercise most? Why?

Lunch time because it is convient

9) How many calories do you need to burn to maintain your weight?

Wow, I’m not sure, I know how many I burn when I exercise, 750

10) Why is it good to exercise?

To keep your body and mind fit.

Interviewing my dad was super easy, My dad’s the one person I know who works out constantly, he even use to do all these ironmans, which includes running, swimming and biking. It’s probably one of the hardest races in the world. Or at least for me it would be. But he even told me all the training he had to do to prepare himself for this race was hard work, I remeber back when he use to do these races my family use to barley see him because he was always training, which is probably why he decided to stop doing them. He only does small races now just for fun.

Anyways my practice today got cancelled so I got to sleep in because I was so tired. I slept in so late that by the time I woke up it was time for lunch. So I skipped breakfast. I had a small lunch because I had another early club practice at 3 , so I only ate a turkey sandwich.

Practice was super hard but only because the feild we practiced on was a crappy feild and I kept rolling my ankles which sucked, I ended up having to ice them for an hour tonight but oh well. All I could really think about was Thanksgiving, the one day I get to cheat my calorie counter diet. I couldn’t wait.

For dinner, I went over to my boyfriends house and we ordered in pizza and just had a relaxing night together. It was very nice.

Day 24: Another Day of Soccer

I had another 10 am practice today that went to around 12: 30 again, I was so sore from yesterday and stretching it all out didn’t even help that much either, which kind of sucked. But anyways I had a banana this morning too because banana’s have protein and boy did I need some protein in me before I had practice because I was so tired. Practice wasn’t too bad we didn’t do any running again which was really nice but I know come next monday we’ll have to make it all up because hes only going easy on us because most of us have Surf Cup this weekend and also have club practices which all our coaches don’t want us too over work our bodies, because when that happens, thats when people get hurt. Which non of our coaches wanted to have happen.

After practice I came home and sleep for a really long time, I was actually so out of it that when I woke up it was dark and I honestly thought it was morning. I was really tired and once again I completely slept through lunch. I’m just glad I didn’t have my club practice because I don’t think I would even be moving right now if I did.

Anyways I woke up in time for dinner which I ended up having to make myself a sandwich because my dad made chicken tonight. For some reason chicken just grosses me out and I can’t eat it. But it’s only with certain kinds of chicken but the kind my dad makes I just cant eat it. So I always have to end up making myself dinner. Which I don’t mind, I could live off of sandwiches.

After dinner I passed out because I was so tired.

Day 23: double practices

I had a 10 am practice this morning, so all I had before was a banana. I knew from the very start of today it was going to be a long day. High school practice went till like 12:30 and thank god we didn’t do any running. Our coach made the week a light one because most of us had our club practices too because of Surf Cup this weekend.

After practice I was completely out of it, so I came home and took a long nap and by the time i woke up I had to rush to my club practice. I was so tired, I really wasn’t looking forward too it. But once we started going I had a lot of fun because I was doing so good. But the one thing I wasn’t looking forward too was the running and boy did we do a lot. I just wanted to go home and go back to sleep. Plus I think I was so tired because all I had was a banana and that was earlier that day.

It’s now 6 30 and I am currently waiting on dinner. I am honestly so tired I’m not even hungry, I just want to go to bed right now. But my parents thought it would be a good idea for me to eat. So I had a couple slices of pizza. After that I passed out and went to bed.

It was probably the longest day of my life and probably one of the most tiring days as well.

Day 22: Nap Time

Normally I’m not too big on Sundays. It’s more like a homework day then the actually weekend which kind of sucks. But not today. Why you ask, because its Thanksgiving break. We have a whole week off of school. and I can not wait till thursday, I’ve been waiting for that day all month because it is the one day that I get to cheat on this calorie counter diet I’ve been doing all month. I think the hardest part is knowing how close it is but how slow the time is going by till I get to that day.

Anyways my morning was good, I woke up to an empty house because once again my sisters had games all day. So I just ended up going to my boyfriends house all day. We went out to breakfast. I brought my banana while he ate like the whole entire menu. It definately wasn’t fun for me. I was craving bacon that morning too, so it was just a bad morning. 

We went back to his house and just watched movies again and took a nap together which was nice, we both had no soccer all week so it was a good nice for us to get caught up on our sleep. and his mom really didn’t mind since she was home with us.

When we woke up we got lunch at taco bell even though I wasn’t all that hungry. So I didn’t end up eating it all anyways. After lunch we just watched movies and hungout it was really nice since we don’t get to do it very often because we always have soccer. So I always love just having a relaxing day with my boyfriend.

I said at his house for dinner again and we ended up having clam chowder which is my absolute favorite kind of soup, It was really good.

Overall today was once again a good day.

Day 21: Movie Day

I’m starting to hate Saturday mornings. Everyone eats this huge breakfast and I get to eat like nothing. But today wasn’t too bad, I got to sleep in and when I finally woke up everyone was gone. I could tell my family had a big breakfast by all the food they left out and forgetting to put it all a way. Ashley, my younger sister had 2 games up in temcula so they were all gone for the day. I ended up just have a piece of toast which was only like 70 calories. Thats like the same amount as all the bananas Ive been having. So it was a good change.

My boyfriend came over shortly after breakfast and we just hung out at my house for most of the day and watched movies and relaxed since we both had such a busy week with all the soccer tryouts and club practices we both had.

For lunch we just made some sandwiches because well that’s honestly all we had at my house. But it was still good, I don’t think I could ever get sick of sanwiches.

After lunch we finished watching the movie and then decided to go to his house because he has a spa. I ended up staying for dinner. Which I was so excited for because we had sushi. Which is my absolute favorite. I love sushi, I could have it all day every day. Plus its the one food that makes me super full even though I didn’t eat a lot, which is great.

Jacob wanted to go out for ice cream but I was so stuffed from the sushi, that I really couldn’t even think about food at the moment. So he got ice cream and I had just a bite of his and I was done. 

Today was such a good day, I love just relaxing and not having to do anything.
